  • The voucher is valid until 31 December 2026. Vouchers presented after this date will not be accepted.
  • One voucher may be redeemed per vehicle.

  • The voucher must be presented to Shield Express staff before the car wash service begins.
  • The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product or service.

  • Any additional services requested that are not included in the standard Wash & Dry service will be charged separately at the applicable Shield Express rate.

  • Shield Express reserves the right to refuse any voucher that has been copied, altered, tampered with, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.
  • Lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Redemption is subject to the participating Shield Express location’s normal operating hours and service availability.
  • Shield Express reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, provided that such changes do not unfairly prejudice vouchers already issued and remain consistent with applicable South African consumer protection law.
